Reflections Yoga Center is excited of the upcoming 200 Hour Teacher Training Programs: 

Summer Intensive Program  starts Friday, June 15th 

 Fall / Winter 2012 starts Sunday, September 9th.

The program complies with the Yoga Alliance 200 hour Teacher Training standards for certification.

Prenatal Yoga Classes

with a Certified Prenatal Yoga Instructor

Thursdays 4:15 - 5:30 pm 

Prenatal Yoga is a great way to bond with your Baby, to eliminate many of the common discomforts of pregnancy, improve your emotional and physical well-being and prepare your body and mind for childbirth.

 


 

Little Yogis

Kids Yoga Series (Ages 5-10)

with Cherie Krantzler, Registered Yoga Teacher

Wednesdays 4:00 - 5:00 pm

Starting March 7th 2012        4-week series $48

The Little Yogis is a yoga class for kids with fun yoga poses along with age-appropriate relaxation techniques. The gentle and relaxing yoga poses along with calming breathing and visualization techniques will soothe your child. To learn how to deal with stress, frustrations and how to stay healthy at an early age can help your child to develop a very healthy lifestyle for the rest of his/her life.  

SUMMER CAMP                 Monday through Thursday       2:00 - 3:00 pm

June 11-14.        June 18-21.

August 6-9.      August 13-16.

$48 for one week  or  $160 for 4 weeks ($10 per class)

Drop-ins are Welcome ($15)

 


 

 INTRO TO YOGA Series

Intro to Yoga course is perfect for you!

Learn the basic yoga postures and breathing techniques. Improve your flexibility, strength and quiet your mind. Enjoy individual teacher attention in a non competitive environment.

Stress Relief Yoga

TUESDAYS AND THURSDAYS   4:15 - 5:30 PM

Come join us for a yoga class that will release stress from your day through yoga poses and flows, while building strength and flexibility. We will focus on stretching, breathing, and relaxation techniques that will leave you with a peaceful state of mind.


 

Free Meditation

with Cipriano Romero,  RYT

Saturdays, 10:15 - 11:15 a.m.

The class will include silent group sitting and guided discussions on techniques to achieve real peace of mind and lead to a happy, useful life. Join us through a journey of self discovery. Previous experience in meditation is not necessary for this class; it is open to all levels.

Now every Tuesday and Thursday 7:00-8:15 PM, Wednesday 9:30-10:45 AM, and Sunday 6:00-7:15 PM

Come and have a break from these cold days by getting a warm yoga practice. Our Hot yoga instructor will give you a full  yoga class experience in our Yoga studio with dedicated air system.



 

 

TAI CHI
