Reflections Yoga Center is excited to announce their upcoming 200 Hour Teacher Training Program for Spring / Summer 2012; the training starts Sunday March 4th. The program complies with the Yoga Alliance 200 hour Teacher Training standards for certification.

Intro to Yoga course is perfect for you!
Learn the basic yoga postures and breathing techniques. Improve your flexibility, strength and quiet your mind. Enjoy individual teacher attention in a non competitive environment.
This is the perfect way to start your yoga journey!
Only $60 for a course of 5 yoga classes

Stress Relief Yoga
TUESDAYS 4:15 - 5:30 PM
Come join us for a yoga class that will release stress from your day through yoga poses and flows, while building strength and flexibility. We will focus on stretching, breathing, and relaxation techniques that will leave you with a peaceful state of mind.
Saturdays, 10:15 - 11:15 a.m.
The class will include silent group sitting and guided
discussions on techniques to achieve real peace of
mind and lead to a happy, useful life. Join us through a
journey of self discovery. Previous experience in meditation
is not necessary for this class; it is open to all levels.

TAI CHI

Is Tai Chi a branch of Yoga? Tai Chi is a practice that began being practiced after a traveling monk brought practices similar to Yoga to China. While Yoga focuses more on the Physical elongation of energy channels to facilitate growth, Tai Chi is a gentler way of opening the same channels. Come and experience the sensation of healing energy produced and circulated by practicing Tai Chi. Learn how regular Tai Chi can improve your health, reduce stress, and improve your longevity.
