Prenatal Yoga Classes
with a Certified Prenatal Yoga Instructor

Prenatal Yoga is a great way to bond with your Baby, to eliminate many of the common discomforts of pregnancy, improve your emotional and physical well-being and prepare your body and mind for childbirth.
Little Yogis
Kids Yoga Series (Ages 5-10)

The Little Yogis is a yoga class for kids with
fun yoga poses along with
age-appropriate relaxation techniques. The gentle and
relaxing yoga poses along with calming
breathing and visualization techniques will soothe your
child.
If you have never done yoga or you are coming back to yoga after a long break,
Intro to Yoga course is perfect for you!
Learn the basic yoga postures and breathing techniques. Improve your flexibility, strength and quiet your mind. Enjoy individual teacher attention in a non competitive environment.

Stress Relief Yoga
TUESDAYS AND THURSDAYS 4:15 - 5:30 PM
Come join us for a yoga class that will release stress from your day through yoga poses and flows, while building strength and flexibility. We will focus on stretching, breathing, and relaxation techniques that will leave you with a peaceful state of mind.
Saturdays, 10:15 - 11:15 a.m.
The class will include silent group sitting and guided
discussions on techniques to achieve real peace of
mind and lead to a happy, useful life. Join us through a
journey of self discovery. Previous experience in meditation
is not necessary for this class; it is open to all levels.

TAI CHI

Is Tai Chi a branch of Yoga? Tai Chi is a practice that began being practiced after a traveling monk brought practices similar to Yoga to China.
